We do our best that your order will be executed to your complete satisfaction. If there should be a complaint (wrong product / damage, etc.), please contact us directly. Branco Azul will remedy any defects that are subject to the statutory warranty free of charge.
Important: If you notice already on receipt of the goods that the consignment has packaging damage that suggests damage to the contents, please accept the goods from the logistics company only with reservations and have a damage report prepared. Please inform us immediately and send us the damage report, so that we can regulate the damage as quickly as possible.
